Michelin Stern für SHIKI Japanese Fine Dining Am Montag, 26. März 2018 wurde Chef de Cuisine Alois Traint (47) die Ehre des ersten Michelin Sterns im Fine Dining Restaurant SHIKI verliehen.  Damit hat der gebürtige Niederösterreicher europaweit als einer der ersten nicht japanischen Küchenchefs - zusammen mit seinem internationalen Küchenteam - diese Auszeichnung für japanische Haute Cuisine erkocht.
